Robinson formed a strategic partnership in July 2007 to benefit Associate members by assisting in the area of transportation management. Options are key to C.H. Robinson’s grower-shipper program which is designed specifically to address the concerns of the table grape and tree fruit industries’ transportation needs. C.H. Robinson taps into a pool of 45,000 carriers of all types – such as rail, truck, or air – and can service deliveries of any size or consistency. C.H. Robinson maintains two offices – Monterey and Visalia – specifically to focus on the table grape and tree fruit program.
